Section 47
Prohibition on receiving donations, gifts, donations, etc. and taking bribes

(1) No civil servant shall, without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal, accept any kind of donation, donation, bribe or gift from anyone, or ask for donations, or take bribes from any person related to government work, without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. .
(2) If a civil servant receives a gift from a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government, he should inform the Government of Nepal and do so as prescribed.
